Cook in the US Virgin Islands

Friendly, customer service-oriented cook needed. Tall ship experience is a plus. Liberty Star (67 ft wooden schooner) duties include preparing three meals a day for up to 6 passengers and 2 crew in a well-designed, yacht-like galley. Cook will interact with passengers closely, excellent customer service and satisfaction are critical. The vessel sails in Boston, MA offering day-sails in the summer months and will transit to the Virgin Islands this fall (leave Boston around 10/1/2012) for the winter windjammer cruise season based in St. Thomas USVI. NO PIRATES NEED APPLY.

Re: Cook in the US Virgin Islands

Hi, Mike. I'm off on a few-months cruise to Europe, from Fort Lauderdale, but I would appreciate it very much if you could keep my name on file, as I would really like to join you some time in the future, if another chef spot becomes available. The boat I'll be on for this trip is a large motor yacht, but I have experience on sailboats, but not tall ships, and I have many certifications from the American Sailing Association.

To get to my youtube vids, simply google "guacamole with veritas mariner," and that will take you to the first vid I did. From there, you can get to my channel and see the other vids that I've posted.

Safe sailing
Jason
