Hi!
I am a 40 year old man living in
Puerto Rico looking to get back in to the maritime world. When I was 20ish, I was really into sailing. I delivered an amazing
Maxi Racer (Ondine Romantina) from
Antigua to the
Virgin Islands and then to Antibbes
France via the
Azores. I have also delivered a
sail boat from St. Petersburg, FL to Mobile,
Alabama. I have sailed from St. Petersburg, FL to the San Blas islands off
Panama and back to St. Petersburg, FL as well. I also crewed a
motor yacht from the
Bahamas to
Miami for
delivery.
I am looking for
WINTER CARRIBEAN WORK.
I enrolled in a
diesel mechanics course last year and finish this December 17th. (I have an old
school bus i am fixing up) I am available anytime after the 17th including working during the holidays.
I have also served honorably as a medic in the US Army. This is always a plus.
I have repaired a few
boat bottoms during my days and I know a whole lot about contruction, including mechanical systems and
electrical systems.
I am bilingual in Spanish.
