For Sale: ST4000 head + misc

Hello,
I have a used ST4000 (the non+ version) autohelm head I just took off (upgraded to an under decks hydraulic). It comes with a white cover, and if you want I can throw in a wheel drive - the drive was nothing but a nuisance in the end (kept popping apart and belching the belt out), but could be good at least for parts (motor? Case? Clutch lever?). Make me an offer! I saw them on eBay for $300+s/h, but that sounds excessive to me (although I'd be happy to get that, surely).
See photos for condition. LCD works, but I don't have a recent photo of it working. There is some crazing on the glass, I believe - readable, no dead segments, but sure ain't new.
I am in the NYC area (Brooklyn/Manhattan/Mamaroneck).
