I have just joined the forum in the hope of sharing info into the future. I noticed a thread from back in 2015 where you talked about replacing o-rings in a L&S hydraulic cylinder. I am about to embark on the same job and wondered if you had any tips for getting it apart and back together. Also do you know the process for bleeding the system once finished. L&S don't give away much info on their website so thought you may be able to help.
Any info would be much appreciated.

Check the thread on the bimini again. I recently posted mounting dimensions, frame heights, etc., also more photos. I think the stainless tubing is 1". I'll post a note if it isn't. Let me know if you need specific measurements that I have not posted.

I bought the mark 5 version. Repair kit cost a lot and I could only use the diaphragm. When the other parts failed I wouldn't be able to fix it, so I just went ahead and gave in to the inevitable and replaced it.
