Arrow St. Lawrence Seaway

We're looking for charts of the St. Lawrence Seaway all the way through to Lake Huron.

Re: St. Lawrence Seaway

Greetings and welcome aboard the CF, wercwrthy.

Since he original St Lawrence section of the Seaway cost Canada $330 million and the US $130 million; I’m relieved to see that you only want to purchase charts of the seaway, not the seaway itself.

Re: St. Lawrence Seaway

Paper charts, or electronic? On the electronic front I've used C-map and Navionics. Both are good.

One question, though. The St Lawrence headwater is lake Ontario, not Huron. If you are going to Huron, you will also want charts of the Trent Severn Waterway which connects Ontario with Huron. Alternately, you can go to the western end of Ontario, through the Welland Canal to Erie, then at the western end of Erie you can get up into Huron. I'm not sure of the name of the connecting waterway between Erie and Huron.

Re: St. Lawrence Seaway

Ha Ha!

I can't figure out how to retitle the SLS "charts wanted". The seaway is definately out of our budget.

Yes we would like to sail through L. Ontario-L. Erie-L. Huron.

Thanks for the info.
