Hi, Are you saying the LED backlighting stopped or the entire screen?
I would be interested in the old one if you find a replacement.

ST600Rs come up on eBay periodically, but they tend to go for around $400. The LCD backlight on my ST6005 stopped working several years ago, but I couldn't see spending that much for a replacement product that cannot be repaired.
I used my ST600R as the cockpit autopilot control, so having to use a flashlight to operate it at night was more than inconvenient. I finally bit the bullet and purchased a used ST6002 and mounted it in the cockpit.
I'm keeping my ST600R as a backup for now.
