If not, is the price firm or is the owner responsive to offers?

I'm the owner and the boat yes it is still for sale. It's been getting a lot of interest but nobody has written a check as of yet. All offers will be considered but I'm not desperate to give the boat away as it I've put so much money into making it a safe and modernized, it's worth every penny for someone who is serious about cruising and wants to do it safely and in comfort.
