Iroquois catamaran MkII

Boat is located in Nofolk, VA, in water, 10 min motor into the Chesapeake Bay.


Description/Condition
REDUCED PRICE - $13,000. I have reduced the sale price, this boat is worth much more. I am motivated to sell!


This 1972 Iroquois Mk is hull number 149 of the legendary classic catamaran, which has enjoyed a cult like following. fast sailer! This boat has had many significant improvements including, brand new engine about 10 hours on it, is sailable today, but requires some sweat-equity to get her back into original condition. She represents a great opportunity to acquire a strong mini-cruiser for the budget minded.


LAYOUT & ACCOMMODATIONS:

Two double staterooms aft in each hull. Single berths forward in each hull. Salon dining table and seating central on bridgedeck converts into double berth. All teak interior walls and doors, newly stripped and refinished, new interior paint on all fiberglass surfaces.
Galley in starboard hull, water pump">raw water pump, fresh water pump and 2 burner a Large nav station on bridgedeck inside companionway door. Large aft cockpit.

What would you say is still left to do? Or, put another way, if you were to own it for five more years, what would you do?

Install a nice headliner. Paint or varnish everything that needs it. Fix small misc odds and ends.
