Jim, you're right about the length conversion of course. The
boat is 11.8 m. I was referring here to a 12 m
boat as where we keep the boat prices for moorings and
storage break down to 10m or less, 12m or less, 14m or less, and so on. An 11.8 m boat is less expensive to store,
lift, etc. than a 12.1 m boat. Further, both in
Spain and in
Canada there are fewer regulatory requirements for a boat less than 12 m. That's what I meant to convey ... but likely not what I said.
