Sorry about the vagueness of the ad (I am European).
The house is located in a traditional mountain village which is called Carcabuey in South Cordoba province, Spain.

I am the owner of the property and it is listed for sale at a reduced price. I wish to sell at the earliest possibility as I wish to circumnavigate the globe before I am too old.

Carcabuey is a beautiful village (Pop: 3.000) which has a 2,000 year history and even has its own castle on the hill. It is the centre of a Natural Park and is surrounded by outstanding natural beauty. You are approx 90 minutes from Malaga international airport.
I have had a recent conditional report carried out by a structural surveyor.
