We are pulling one out of our 1981 Whitby 42. Apprx. 4,000 hrs, still runs good, but we are probably going to repower. We will be making a decision this week. You can send me a PM if you are interested.

Where is the engine located? May I ask why are you re-powering on 4000hrs? Is there any problem with the engine?

The engine is located in Minnesot Beach, NC. There are no problems with the engine. The exhaust riser, motor mounts, and some other items needed to be replaced so we are pulling the engine out to clean up the engine room and take care of these things. If you are interested send me an email and I can give you more background.
