CAV fuel filter bases from my Lehman. $20 for both + $8 shipping

What are those gold things on the bottoms? Are they drains? Don't have those on my Perkins 4.236, but might be nice to have. Did you replace the CAV with another filter assembly?

I believe they are plastic drains. I've never used them. I replaced them with the spin-on filters.
