Berth in the Med (walkashore)
I am selling a 50 by 15 ft berth in a marina on the southeast side of lower Italy, in the Gulf of Taranto. Depth is 8 feet. The berth is freehold (belongs to a 2 bed / 2 bath condo with garden and private parkings, all included in asking price). Security 24/7. Boatyard with travellift. Corfu is 150 Nm away, Malta about 300 and Crete some 400 Nm off. Airport either Bari or La Mezia. Costs yearly with proptax around £ 1000. Asking £100k.
