2001 Lagoon 380 Owner's Version

Dear friends,

Indigo Moon is a totally outfitted, December 2001 Commissioned, Lagoon 380 Owner's Version that is For Sale By Owner.

She is fully-serviced and in turn-key, beautiful shape. She’s ready for the next year of cruising, and if you are ready too, all you have to do is step aboard her in Fort Lauderdale.

If you have been thinking of buying a catamaran for full-time cruising in the entire Caribbean, this is a rare chance to buy one of the best-kept and fully-outfitted Lagoon 380 Owner’s Versions for sale anywhere. Buy groceries and fuel and head out.

You can read all about it, get all the details, and even peruse a survey of the vessel at www.indigomoon.us

All the best,

Buddy

Hey, thanks, we are doing great!

The "stats" say it takes 4 to 6 months to sell a boat like this even in a good market and with a broker . . . and in this market it takes a little longer of course.

My buddy with a Lagoon 410 took a year to sell his (just sold) and he DID NOT sell it cheap. He got a very fair deal.

We have a lot of interest, but there is no doubt . . . our prospects are finding out very quickly that financing is tougher these days.

We are just very lucky that we don't have to sell in any time frame at all. And to a person, everyone who has looked at Indigo Moon wants her . . . and for a fair price . . . but then they hit the wall when trying to come up with the dough . . . it is proving difficult for them.

What we need is a Catamaran "Live the Dream" stimulous package! Let some of the 9.5 percent unemployed get special financing and take a break and get their sense of humor back on a fling through El Caribe.

Anyway, all kidding aside, we are doing great, Indigo Moon is doing great, we have lots of interest, and the right buyer will come along in the fullness of time . . .

Why not you? You'd look perfect on Indigo Moon, Daddy-O!

All the best,

Buddy

It would be nice if lenders viewed yachts over a certian size as a home (I know for tax reasons they dio, if it has a head)...but someone ought to tell the lenders that.

This way people could buy a $300,000 US yacht at 4.0 % for 15 or 30 years. Us veterans could even use our VA benifits and only have the funding fee to put down!

Now, someone get THAT passed..and you got your Stimulus Buddy!

As the Cajuns say: yea-you-right Chief!

One thing one prospect ran up against was that the lenders would NOT take into account his BIG rental incomes . . . go figure.

Anyway, life is good and boats do still sell.

Indigo Moon had been under contract with a broker sitting at a dock in Ft. Lauderdale for 8 months before we bought her and economic times were good/stable then . . . so, we are not in a hurry and know it all takes time.

Hope you are doing great!

Buddy

Buddy,

What's NOT to like about your boat?

Lagoon should fly over here and spend a few days with you
