Piver Trimaran for sale, Loaded with extras, needs a little work

MUST BE GONE ASAP! NO TYPO. PLEASE COME WITH CASH IN HAND!!!

Hello, my wife and I bought this trimaran to bring down the coast and through the canal to get to florida and live aboard while cruising. I made the mistake of drilling too close to the hull and have put a hole in it (its currently plugged) but we cant afford to haul her. We have two infants on board so we are trying to sell it in order to be able to afford to move. This thing will come with so many extra's... I really hate to have to sell it, but we have to.

Three gallons of epoxy
Two gallons of grey topside paint
20 feet of tinned red and black wire
Brand new macerator pump
Brand new Jabsco Toilet
All new head plumbing (never been used)
Brand new holding tank
A full mechanics hand and power tool set.
A brand new two burner propane stove top with two propane tanks and setup.
A wind generator
Two solar panels
Full kitchen accessories, pots, pans, croc pot, inverter, 2300 watt generator (work site kind)
plates, silverware, glasses,
Full batten main sail
two headsails (need hanks)
a stay sail
newer 2 cylinder isuzu diesel
Three diesel fuel cans
a few gas cans
a west marine slat floor inflatable dinghy
a nissan 5 hp outboard motor (this needs a little work, its a fouled fuel problem)

I'm sure I'm forgetting to list some of the things we have bought as we spent about 4000 on materials alone.

Some of the work it needs:

Winches to be greased
Windows replaced
some running rigging (we have sailed her with what she has)
water system to be finished (has old bladders, needs tanks)
refrigeration to be finished (needs compressor, have cold plate)
and to be hauled to fix the hole that I stupidly put in the hull.

We are listing this for what we want out of it, please don't try to low ball me, the price is unbeatable, the materials alone, along with all the tools I own, are more than enough to cover what we are asking, you are basically getting the boat for free. Please no looky loo's, serious, serious buyers only, I have twin infants and am at anchor, don't have the time or money to keep driving the thing back and forth from the dock. PLEASE DONT WASTE OUR TIME!
