Umms.. Am I the only one who thinks that $70 grand is a little too much for a 1975 boat?

Re: 1975 Pearson 39 Yawl

First of all, it's 60 grand not 70 grand, and it has had over 60 grand in upgrades and replacements since 2006. And I am open to reasonable offers. Hull is totally sound with no blisters. Most of the rest of the boat has been replaced.

ty: Would love to be able to move it to Panama. I spent 3 years there in the late 60's, however one of the reasons I am selling is recent knee surgery so I don't think I could get it there.

Captainstubbie: The boat is being pulled and winterized next week at Markley's Marina in Middle River. Happy to show it to you when you are in Baltimore. If I am not mobile by then I have a friend who could do the honors.
