Forward bilge pumps

I'm a new owner of a 2009 Lavezzi 40. I noticed there are bilge pump feeds in the midship bilges but can't locate the pumps that they go to. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ma Chatonne the Lavezzi bilge pumps use the shower pumps you will find a manual diverter switch in the heads under the sinks I like this set up as you are checking the pump each time you have a shower

Correct. But you have to permanently hold down the drainage button so they work. Modified that and put a switch inside the closet that bypass this switch to run it permanently by just flipping that switch. You wanna have free hands if getting water in the bilge...

Meetoo. No not correct on my shower sump that doubles as the bilge pump the electrical switch is an on off so no need to hold after using the diverter valve inside the cupboard to shower or bilge

Yes on mine it doubles as bilge pump with diverter valve too.
Original that’s a waterproof push button switch you need push constantly to operate the pump, so yours was modified already.
