win10 release 5.8.4-0+1637c28 fails

Hi All
My PC runs Windows 10 but will not run release 5.8.4-0+1637c28.
The first time I run openCPN it fails to load, but if I run it again it loads and runs for a few minutes and then crashes. It also crashes if I disable OPENGL in config.ini .

Release 5.6.2 runs normally.

Can anyone help?
I have am attached the log file generated when the program fails on the first time.

The crash in your log is in the early detection of OpenGL capabilities, that may mean that updating your graphic adapter drivers might help.
If you experience a crash also with DisableOpenGL=1 set in your configuration file, we need to see also a logfile from that run as the problem will sure be somewhere else because this part of the code is not executed at all in that case.
