ToughPad FZ-G1, can't figure out how to use GPS

I purchased a used Panasonic FZ-G! ToughPad with a built-in GPS. I can't figure out how to access the GPS. When I try adding a new serial connection the DataPort pull-down does not show any ports. Has anyone figured this out.
I am running Widows 10.

You will probably have to check the device manager on the pad to activate the GPS and find the port that it is using. Go into Windows settings and search for device manager.

I had already tried that. I can't find any GPS in the device manager. There are a couple of devices which don't have drivers loaded. An attempt to find the drivers on the in internet has not been successful.
There aren't any ports listed listed under the Ports (COM &LPT).
I know it has a GPS because if I use Google maps it shows position. It has the capability to have a cellular SIM card (not installed) so I am now thinking it is part of the cellular adapter and not a separate device.

Solved, a program called sensorstonetwork allows the GPS data to be sent from either a TCIP or UDP port.
OpenCPN can get it from there.
