OCPN 3.2 ReDraw bugette?

First, many thanks once again for the further development of this program.

Installed today on an oldish laptop (Toughbook CF73) running XP (all updated etc etc). I'm seeing some odd things going on with window redraw, I think.

When zooming out, the charts (CM93) didnt keep up with the zoom. Waypoints, tide symbols and other markers started to cluster away from thier real locations because the chart scale didnt change. Eventually the whole chart area went black.

Also seen the area under the tools window not refresh properly when the Tools window was closed - again the area under the window goes black.

Finally the area around my boat marker went black as the COG predictor moved around - a very small area this given we are tied up!

ummm, may have been premature reporting this. Having rebooted the machine I now cant reproduce the symptoms, perhaps some persistent library was still being linked that shouldnt have been. Anyway, will bump thread if problem reappears
