Trying to Make Raytech 6.2 work with a MFD E120-W

Hi !
I have in my boat a set of electronics that is old but can offer a lot of value if properly tuned.
But I am facing issues making Raymarine Rayteck 6.2 work with SeatalkHS (to get all , including Radar view on my laptop)

I have a MFD Raymarine E120-W and I am trying to make Raytech work in a Laptop with Windows 7.
I got all "almost working" but I am facing two glitches I am not able to solve despite hundreds of attempts. Apparently network setting are ok.

When I start Raytech in Planning mode, it starts ok. And, despite being in planning mode, Raytech even brings to the screen the Navionics chart I have installed in E120-W.
Here is the first problem :
Even perfectly reading the chart , Raytech gives me an error msg for any movement or click in the chart : "Unable to read chart. Please make sure you are using the E86026 Navionic multicard reader" . But it keeps reading the chart perfectly fine when I click ok in the error msg !
Take a look in picture1.

The second problem comes when I turn planning mode off. Raytech loads ok all information from sensors and GPS, and even waypoints in the chat but... , after 5sec, it crashes !!

Take a look in Picture2. It looks like a graphic crash, but I have already disabled accelerations in "Performance Menu" and I am also opening Raytech in compatibility mode (disabling windows aero and all special fluffy effects)

PLEASE, any one has a clue ??
