Standard Horizon GX2200 install .

Can anyone tell me would it be ok to install my GX2200 about 4-5 inches below a 6.5" marine speaker ?
Will the speaker make any interference for the VHF / AIS / GPS ?

I thought about that , but it is a very very small speaker in the VHF.
The 6.5" marine speaker is a 400w very good size magnet on the back of it .
The 6.5 speaker does not set flush to the bulkhead (next to the companion way door ) it sets at about 45% in an angled plastic cup holder type box in the bulkhead. The VHF / AIS / GPS will set flush in that bulkhead facing out. The speaker will be 4-5" above the radio off to the side a bit . So any thoughts . Thanks.
