Simrad talk to a Lewmar autopilot ??
Hi everyone

Just wondering if any one would know if these two units would talk to each other, or in other words if a Simrad AC42

Autopilot Computer | SIMRAD AC42 | SimNet enabled - Simrad Yachting

Would be able to control a Lewmar Autopilot drive

Autopilot Drives products

I have a Nss7 as a head unit .

Any Idea??

Yes teh AC42 can drive a reversing motor and the current consumption of the driver motor is well with the AC42 specs.

Thats good news as I am thinking of buying a bigger boat that already has one . I like my Simrad gear .
