SEA 225 HF/SSB Transceiver Enable LSB?

Hi,

I just picked up a SEA 225 the other day, and can't figure out how to enable lower sideband (LSB). It didn't come with a manual, but I know LSB can be enabled as it was mentioned that it would do so in an old advertisement I have.

Any help would be appreciated. Oh, also I'd be interested in buying a manual (or a copy of one) if any of you guys have one. I'd buy one from SEA, but they say they don't have any left, and have no plans to print any in the future.

Thanks!

Hi GordMay!

I appreciate the information. Unfortunately SEA doesn't seem interested in answering emails or returning phone calls. This is unfortunate as their service department was very helpful to me in the past. Thanks anyway, though!

I got a reply from SEA sales day before yesterday, and they told me that I need a LSB kit which they happen to still have in stock. Also, there are several service manuals available. I'm putting in an order for these items, and I'll let you all know how it works.
