Prepaid data SIMs Europe 2022

Does anyone have recent (2021 or 2022) experience of buying large capacity prepaid data SIMs in Europe (especially France, Spain, and Portugal, but also interested in others), and can recommend good ones for general internet access?

5 zloty ($1.25) for 10 days and 50GB in Poland is the best we've ever came across. Even if you triple it to get a month, it's still only $3.75 and up to 150GB. (Downside, it only works in Poland)

Otherwise, usually $20-30/month for 15-50GB and works in most of EU. I don't have the exact deal but we've picked them up this fall in Germany, Iceland, Czech Republic.
