4G modem for Mexico/Central America
Looking for recommendations from folks cruising Mexico and Central America that are using cellular modems. Years ago we had a Huawei E1556 that plugged into usb. It worked pretty good but then it didn't.

After a 5 year stint of working we are going back to cruising and would like something more robust that either has built in wifi or can act as WAN for a wireless router.

I am not interested in Iridum, Inreach or tethering to a phone. These all have their place but not what I am looking for.
