Hi-
i currently bought a 38 ft egg harbor in Norfolk, fully equipped, and am bringing her up home in June..anyone took that route, if so, any suggestions..?

Overnight to Cape May, fuel up at Utches Marina, anchor off the CG station and then it's about 18 hrs to NYC. I did it single handed in a sailboat at about 6kts average the last week of April. Not a bad trip but AIS is helpful for commercial traffic out of the Chesapeake and the Delaware. Keep a watch at night fo commercial fishing.
