Market for coastal cruisers in Caribbean post-Irma?

Are we now in a Sellers' Market in the Caribbean after Irma, Marie, Jose, etc?

I've got a 2017 Dufour 382 (37') located on the southeast coast of the USA. Great boat! We really enjoy it. Ideal Caribbean cruiser. But for various reasons, I would also be interested to sell it (moving to Europe).

So the question is, "Is there a higher-than-normal demand for mid-size cruising sailboats in the Caribbean, since so many boats were damaged/destroyed recently?"

Looking on Yachtworld.com, it seems that the supplies are comparatively low.

Can anyone comment on the overall market there? Can anyone recommend a strong broker actively selling monohulls in the Caribbean? Many thanks in advance!
