Cruisers University

Greetings!
Does anyone have information and opinions on the Cruisers University that is offered at the spring US Sailboat Show in Annapolis in April 2013? I see they have had the 'university' several times already. The scheduled lecturers are very impressive as is the descriptions of the courses! And because of that, I believe it is not just a sales pitch for charter companies or navigational schools.

Also curious about the "Take the Wheel" two day course offered at the fall US Sailboat Show. (That one sounds more like a 'sales pitch' than an informational seminar to me!)
