of this forum I purely voiced my opinion as to what I consider to be bad customer service
on behalf of a major vendor. I work
as an international business consultant for a number of global companies advising on how they should be perceived in the global market place so I believe I am well placed to comment. As no doubt you know from your obvious vast experience, dealer/distributor service
depends on the country and the company appointed to represent a manufacturer this varies from excellent to below par across all industry sectors.
