Thinking of purchasing a Nordic 32

Does anyone have a good sense of the annual operating costs for a Nordic 32. We are looking at purchasing one and spending the winter in the south on it. This will be our first adventure thank you

That's an impossible question to answer because no one knows the overall condition of the yacht. Is it one that was built in Bellingham Wa?
