I'm asking everything for the setup the new boat (LAUNCHED, RIGGED, ANTIFOULING) and the cost of transfer from the factory to south france. Price should include every work to make the boat sail ready delivered from factory.

Commissioning costs alone vary depending on equipment. Transportation cost depends on where the factory is which you don’t mention. These type questions are best directed to the builder, not a bunch of people you don’t know nor do they know any details.

There is no possible answer to this question, why are you even asking here?

Some builders deliver a complete rigged boat fully tested and ready to sail FOB the factory for the list price (like Amel). Some nickel and dime you to death for every little thing (many names withheld). "Oh, you wanted SAILS on that sailboat????"

Ask the builder.

We have had the entertainment of watching many dealers rig boats for the Annapolis boat show. What a s--t storm. Just by way of example, the crew loading the anchor chain on a 50+ foot, $1 million+, boat watched the chain jump off the gypsy every few feet. Apparently without a clue that the chain and gypsy were not matched in size. Booms dropped on to the hard tops of new cats. Just one thing after another.

Looks like this is not a builder's job unless you get it from the factory.. There are some 3rd party companies doing this. Transfer / Rigging / Launching / Antifoulling etc.

Beneteau factory north france, will need to be transfered to south of france by truck and than launched there

The dealer will provide a price breakdown for everything. They have the factory price list. I'm having a 47 foot catamaran commissioned and the dealer cost is $16,470, plus the price of everything they add that I didn't get from the factory. I'm also being charged $14,000 to ship from the factory to the port (about 10 miles) along with stepping the mast and launching. I'm paying $30,000 to have the boat shipped from La Rochelle (near the Beneteau factory) to Fort Lauderdale. Really adds up.

I think they stop for a lot of croissants. As I understand it, they do a fair amount of "pre commissioning" as part of it too.

Posting for any other owners who are dealing with this issue.

For the price being charged for a TransAtlantic delivery, you can engage a good delivery captain, with a satellite weather system and a weather router for back-up and a pro-crew. You could also eliminate one crew person and crew the delivery. This is a great way to learn your boat. Also, it may be prudent to have the delivery guy on board for 1-2 shakedown cruises in France.

You could do all the above for way less than the numbers being posted.

The quote I got for a sea delivery from France to Fort Lauderdale was $23,000 versus $30,000 by sea (including insurance). Since I couldn't joint the crew for the delivery and handover is mid winter it made more sense for me to ship the boat, save 4 weeks on delivery and 500 engine hours. The cost to ship can be a lot more, however. I was quoted $55,000 from Malta. The big difference in price, according to my dealer, was the volume. A think 6 of my sister ships elected to do the ARC, which is what I would have done if timing was right.
