Can a US Resident Captain Boats in Mexico
Have my Master Mariners and wanted to spend a few months each year in Tulum or Playa - thought I could get a license in mexico to do so - but see some old threads on here that says non residents can not get a license to charter. Anyone know any specifics on this? I would swear I have been in boats in Mexico with foreigners captaining them. Otherwise - my retirement plans just took a hit - LOL
