Long story short I need to replace the
anchor light. After two trips this past weekend self-ascending up the
mast I could not get a position that gave enough leverage to turn the three mounting screws- but I was careful not to bugger them up!
So, in keeping with my philosophy of calling in professionals when needed, I am regrettably going to have to pay someone to do the
repair.
Any suggestions on a competent, reliable, insured and (don't laugh) reasonably priced person to go up a
mast and change a light? The
boat is in Lighthouse Point, but any excuse to take a few days off to move the
boat is good with me.
thanks
Bill
