Help with Health insurance coverage while abroad.

Hello All ,

My girlfriend and myself are preparing to do atleast a 3 month cruise with another couple aboard thier vessel . We will be cruising the Grenadines to the ABCs . We currently do not have any type of healthcare coverage other than our DAN divers insurance. Also note that I am a USA citizen and she is a UK /British citizen . We would like to do the responsible thing and make sure we have full medical coverage while in the greater Caribean area.Thankfully we are in great health ,but planning ahead . Any advice would be very helpful. Advice such as insurance companies ,average cost , and any good or bad experiences you have had involving medical costs and care would be much appreciated .
