Electric Winch Power Use

Hi all, I am looking at swapping my old Bennie 390 for a newer Najad 331. The new boat has Anderson electric winches. Does anyone have feedback on those, eg how much power do they draw?, do you need the motor running to run the winches?, etc.
Also any feedback on that model Najad would be appreciated,
Cheers
Mark
