BAMAR RGF EVO 20 Issues

I have an on-going issue with our Bamar Rolgen 20 EVO. While the machining and finish on the parts is magnificent, the fit is very close such that it is almost impossible to take the special pin out of the clevis piece at either the head or the tack of the sail. Any slight deformation due to the wear from the sail on these pins results in a "proud" spot that will not pass through the clevis holes.

Worst of all, fter leaving the Unit in the forepeake for a month, the stainless pins corroded and are now stuck fast in their respective holes. They cannot be rotated nor tapped out. I have been using PB blaster to no avail. Any suggestions?
