Is there a standard process for Watermaker Winterizing?

Put new pre-filters in ?

Clean ?

Pickle ?

What type of Ant-freeze to use ?

Spectra recommends a thorough fresh water flush, drain, clean and dry the filters, pickle with propylene glycol (pink stuff sold as RV antifreeze). Good for a year. I leave the filters out afterwards, and install new filters when I recommission.

pg-100 flavor is preferred over pg-50. I take my pre-filters out and toss them.
