It's not just what might harm you, to me it's also a taste issue. Perhaps I've spent too much of my life drinking spring water which comes out the side of a mountain, but I'm picky about my water! LOL Commercial water companies add minerals back after the RO process, so someone makes the mix.....I'd just hate to have to buy it in 55 gallon drums, ya' know?
