The
Jabsco 18590 self-priming macerator runs, pumps waste thru the hose to the
thru hull. I disconnected the macerator hose from the
thru hull and pumped waste into a bucket thru the hose connected to the macerator. The thru
hull is clear. I have disconnected the hose from the thru
hull and opened the thru hull. I can see daylite and
water runs into the
boat from the thru hull. When the hose is reconnected to the thru hull and the macerator is run nothing come out the thru hull. I have snorkeled under the
boat while the macerator is running and nothing is coming out. My thought is that there is not adaquate
pump pressure to overcome the outside
water pressure. Any thoughts.
