Jabsco - Shower sump not working after 2 months

In April I finally replaced my old ITT-Jabsco water Puppy impeller shower sump with a Jabsco Par Max 3 (31610-0092), which is a diaphragm pump. It was working great, nice and smooth - for TWO MONTHS!

Today it wouldn't pump or get suction and I've taken it apart and tried to determine the problem, and of course I checked inlet and outlet hoses. Everything looks fine, there is no debris or anything that seems to cause a problem. This thing is apparently faulty. It's a $125 pump, so I'm not going to get too worked up or spend lots of energy, but I'd like to get an understanding of the problem.

My question for the forum is how to contact Jabsco. Obviously I bought the product from a retailer and I'm not going to return it to them since I no longer have the packaging.

Any info on how to handle a defective Jabsco product will be appreciated. Also, if anyone else has had a similar problem I'd like to hear how you resolved it..
