What boat is this?

Does anyone recognize what boat this is? It's a project that went south and the owner wants to be rid of it. He says it's an 82 Viking, but I can't find another that looks like it. It's an aft/dual cabin with twin diesels for sure. I got time and money to build a nice looper boat. The price is right if I can find out what it is. Thanks in advance.

Re: What boat is this?

Can you visit the boat? If you can get the hull ID number to me that's the bare minimum start, don't want there to be some shorted owner 3 owners back who claims it is still half his. Anyway, then you should also be able to find all the other particulars out on the hull as well. Same thing with the engines, get the model numbers and also the serial numbers off the engines. I love the lines of the boat but boat projects are much much easier to find than they are to straighten out paperwork or the reason they became a project in the first place.

If it's a Viking, Viking could likely identify from the pics.

What he said, about hull ID number, etc.
