Monk Roughwater 58

Anybody know if one of these would be a good passagemaker? I can't find the stats on fuel consumption. I like the boat if it had a good consumption rate. I know there are very few of these but I like the looks and just looking for soe good info.

Thanks, David

Dave Cooper owns a Monk designed Roughwater 58 named Swan Song. He is a frequent contributor to several trawler mailing lists.

Swan Song recently completed a passage from Panama to Hawaii.

His wife keeps a journal of their cruises around the Caribbean, Mexico and Cuba at

www.missnancysjournal.com

Not much their yet about the recent passage, but that should be forthcoming.

There is a lot of info on the boat at the above site.

Google “Dave Cooper Swan Song” and you’ll find more info.
