Flushing Perkins 4-154

I have two Perkins 4-154"s in my Gulfstar 37 ft trawler. I would like to flush the fresh AND raw water systems. I know that I can take the ends off the heat exchanger and clean out the raw water tubes, but what else for the raw water, and where do I start for the frsh water flush. Can't find a F.W. drain point. Any ideas ? Thanks.
