I spoke to the owner and he said that it is a cosmetic cover that goes over the bridge deck and hull corner to reduce slapping. Like fjd3 said above. Apparently it is not structural per owner. I will...

So, that is delamination? I can go back with a little hammer and check the sound. However, if it is clear that it is delamination, i will skip the trip and keep looking

Sorry, should have been more clear. I am referring to the white material at the bottom of the bulging area. Also that rusty streak is of any concern?

I am looking to buy an older gemini cat. I saw the stuff that shows in the images where the bridge deck meets the hulls. It feels like caulking to touch.

Is that supposed to be there...
