Crew Wanted: Sailing in Mexico

I’m looking for a first mate to join me for cruising in Mexico on my 37’ ketch.

How much experience would you like this person to have? What kind of boat? Where in Mexico?

I'm looking for opportunities to develop my skills which are really basic at present. I'm brand new to sailing but am working on taking the ASA 101, 103, and 104 in early January before embarking on a couple of months traveling South America. In between, I'm hoping to get some experience crewing on a sailboat to put all that new knowledge into practice. If I'm really lucky, I'll get to do some sailing as I work my way down to the southern tip along the west side and then back up the east.
