For Sale: ICOM 710 RT SSB Marine Radio

I have an ICOM 710 RT SSB Marine Radio with AT-130 automatic antenna tuner. $1000. See Corpus Christi craigslist. The RT means it has a remote controller. A small head that mounts where you can access it. The larger box can mount under the chart table. The antenna tuner should mount near the base of the backstay antenna. You could run coax from the tuner to the antenna. I have used a 50 ohm dummy load, frequency counter, and SWR/watt meter to confirm it is transmitting. Connected to a random length wire antenna, between trees, in Wichita, KS I have received weather from a USCG channel and WWV for time. I plan to take the radio to Rockport TX this winter and meet up with a buyer to demonstrate it works. An option might be to hire a local radio shop to check it before making a purchase.
