Camping Gas in Caribbean

Hi,
sorry if this has been covered before but my computer is having a fit and wont let me do proper searches.
We are heading across to the Caribbean in a few months. Our current bottles are camping gas so it would be easiest to keep them. I have been told that it is available over there but have no details. Is it readily available?

... Camping Gaz is butane and you should be able to get refills at least in St. Marten and Martinique as far as I remember.

In the long run it might be easier to switch to propane in the Caribbean (check your oven manufacturer, you might need another nozzle).
