Believe it or not they used to make things before cad drawings, good templates work as well. Most average sized towns have a glass shop.

Iv'e used Silpruf SCS 2000 msny times over many years without an issue. Unfortunatly I tried Dow 795 once, i will never use it again. While tempered glass is a far superior product to either acrylic...
