Not technically correct.

Using the term “impedance” for a DC circuit is valid, despite the impedance being almost completely resistive.

The difficulty is the variable impedance.

Both charging and discharging, the lower impedance batteries will get a work out, while the higher impedance batteries are sluggish to accept our give up...
